Emily's Tiny Adventure Buddy
Paul is a tiny member of my creative team. He showed up one morning sitting on my purple crayon, and I thought he matched so perfectly that he must belong here.
He likes to crawl across my drawings (very carefully!) and inspect them up close. I think he's checking for quality. He also wiggles his antennae when he likes a story — that's how you know it's good.
Don't let his size fool you — Paul has been on more adventures than anyone. He's just very small about it. Also, don't let him go between your fingers or he will tickle them.
When Paul gets bored, he and John start coming up with prank ideas together. They're always up to something — but I get them back by drawing funny pictures of them.
